Supreme Court Allows Trial Over Census Citizenship Question to Proceed

NEW YORK 鈥� The Supreme Court has denied the Trump administration鈥檚 request to delay a federal trial in the challenge over placing a citizenship question on the 2020 census. The 红杏视频 and other groups brought the lawsuit on behalf of immigrants鈥� rights groups.
Dale Ho, director of the 红杏视频鈥檚 Voting Rights Project, had this reaction to today鈥檚 Supreme Court action:
鈥淲e are pleased the Supreme Court rejected this Hail Mary attempt to stop the trial from moving forward. We鈥檒l see the Trump administration in court on Monday.鈥�
