ºìÐÓÊÓƵ

Do meaningful work, create lasting change.

We work to defend and expand civil rights and liberties – for everyone. Whether we’re arguing in the courts, leading campaigns, advocating in communities, growing our supporter and follower base, building new tech platforms and managing people and budgets, our employees engage in meaningful work that advances our mission. We're looking for passionate, driven people to join our team.

Our Benefits

Taking care of people is central to what we do. We offer a comprehensive and generous benefits program:

Wellness

We provide monthly employee wellness events that bring farmer’s markets, cooking classes, yoga, and more to the virtual and physical office.

Time Off

We have a generous paid time off policy. Our hybrid work policy also offers flexibility to employees.

Savings

Save for retirement with our 401K plan with employer matching. Other insurances include life and disability.

Family

We provide 16 weeks paid leave and access to back-up care for children and other dependents.

Compensation

We are committed to salary transparency and pay equity. Consistent with the ºìÐÓÊÓƵ's compensation philosophy, there is a set salary for each role based on work location.  Work locations are grouped together into regions that correspond to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management locality pay areas and are assigned to a region within the pay structure.  You can find details about our regional pay structure in our geographic pay structure document.

Health

We offer medical, dental, vision benefits, as well gym membership discounts and an employee assistance program for physical and mental well-being.
