Naomi Gilens is the William J. Brennan fellow with the ºìÐÓÊÓƵ’s Speech, Privacy, and Technology Project, where she works on litigation and advocacy to protect the rights to free speech and protest.

Naomi is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Princeton University. During law school, she worked with Harvard’s Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society and interned with the Electronic Frontier Foundation and the ºìÐÓÊÓƵ of Northern California. She then served as a law clerk to the Hon. David J. Barron of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the Hon. Indira Talwani of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to law school, Naomi was a legal assistant with the ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Speech, Privacy, and Technology Project.
